If you don't need our overnight pickup service in the U.S. , or you're one of our Canadian, Alaska, Hawaii or International customers, our Self-Restore repair service is the quickest and most economical method to get your iPod repaired.

If you have access to your original factory box, or another comparable box with packaging material and it’s convenient for you to arrange for shipping your iPod to us, read on!

Self-Restore is great, since it not only saves you money, but it eliminates the extra day required to send you a RestoreBox overnight with our Full-Restore program.  Here’s how it works:

• Read our Packaging Suggestions.   

• Fill out and print the Self-Restore form. 

• Cut the form in half and use the bottom half of the form as your shipping label (tape it to your box).

• Include the completed top half of the form inside your box.

• Ship or mail your item to us via your carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc) and insure the item for it’s full replacement value.

• Once we receive your item, we’ll contact you within 48 hours with a diagnosis and repair price.

• The iPod Self-Restore $12.99 price includes the inspection and diagnosis of your system and return overnight shipping within the U.S. . This will be charged to your credit card when we receive your repair.
