Please insure your shipment for replacement value of the device and
backup your data, if possible, as we are not liable for data loss.

Write your invoice number in space provided, so that
we may identify it quickly and expedite the processing.

Packing Instructions:

Make sure that there are 2-3 inches of padding wrapped tightly
around hand-helds and 4-6 inches around laptops and consoles.

Place the device and padding inside a box,
in a way that they do not move around inside.
